Hi, I have always found RER to be responsive, professional and reasonable.

In finding a new place  to live I have been able to make some  very enlightening comparisons with other companies & RER such as:

Franchise Company 'A' - interrogated me to find out about my employment.  Then refused to meet with me.  They have viewing times in the middle of the morning.  To attend, I have to move meetings and disrupt this project office.  They insist that I am well employed, but to care for one of their properties I have to sabotage my job ! 

Franchise Company 'B' - Arranged to meet with me at 8.15am.  This means I am late for work, but I made the change.  She didn't turn up.  And despite numerous phone messages, I have yet to hear why.

The properties they were trying to rent out are very nice, relatively expensive homes.  I would've expected that the agents would operate in a manner that would attract a professional tenant.

RER has always spoken to me with respect.  Has always been courteous.  And I thoroughly appreciate it.

I would have loved to remain a tenant with RER, it is simply a matter of timing, where RER had nothing available - likely because you rent them so fast !

My Marne Road home was no longer adequate, and another company happened to have the right property.

I hope that you and your team take this message as a huge thank you and that you take a moment to congratulate yourselves as you are doing a very good job.
